Custom or personalized items are made to order specifically for you. Once production has begun they generally can't be changed or cancelled, and they are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged — see our Return Policy.

Delivery is handled per our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds per our Return Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
