• In-stock items are typically prepared and shipped within a few business days of your order.
• Custom & handmade items are made from scratch — please allow up to 4 weeks for them to be crafted before they ship. If an order combines in-stock and custom items, it may ship together once the custom pieces are ready.
• You'll receive an email with tracking details when your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart, and your order is shipped via USPS from our store. Rates and available options are shown before you pay.

Delivery estimates begin once an order has shipped and are provided by the carrier; they aren't guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays. Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package.

When in-store pickup is offered, you can choose it at checkout instead of shipping — no shipping charge applies and we'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
